Your seller and contract
TecNorma Sp. z o.o. is a company registered in Poland at ul. Złota 75A/7, 00-819 Warsaw, Poland. The seller for each product is identified in its listing and order confirmation. Contact TecNorma at support@tecnorma.co.uk or +48 502 553 000.
Check the part number, specifications, condition, delivery country and full product price before placing your order. You can correct your basket and details before submitting an order with an obligation to pay. Keep the confirmation and terms supplied with your purchase.
Online payment provider
Online payments are processed by Mollie. Available methods are shown at checkout.
Provider changes apply to new payments and links. Earlier payments and refunds remain with their original provider. With Mollie, a separate core deposit refund is made by bank transfer; product refunds are processed through the payment provider. A full refund of the original payment can include the deposit without a separate transfer. Follow the instructions for your order and do not pay twice.
The payment provider receives the information needed to process your transaction, such as the amount, currency, order reference and, depending on the method, contact, billing, delivery and order details. You enter authorisation details in a secure payment environment. TecNorma does not store full card numbers or CVC codes. Providers may act as independent data controllers as described in their privacy policies. Changing providers does not delete earlier transaction records.
Prices and order total
The UK storefront uses GBP. The order summary separates the product price, any discount and delivery. Export tax treatment depends on the destination and invoice type. A margin-scheme item may have no separately deductible VAT; refer to the listing and invoice.
A price negotiation applies only to the product and the agreed delivery country for the stated period. It does not include delivery and cannot be combined with promotional discounts.
Delivery to Great Britain — DAP
DAP means Delivered at Place. We arrange transport to the agreed delivery address in England, Scotland or Wales; the recipient is responsible for import clearance and any import charges.
Orders are dispatched from Poland. For eligible deliveries to Great Britain, the displayed export price excludes EU VAT. Import VAT, any customs duty and carrier clearance charges are not included in the amount paid to TecNorma and are payable by the recipient to the carrier or customs authority.
Online checkout is available for goods consignments worth more than £135 after discounts, excluding separately charged delivery. The threshold applies to the total goods value in each consignment, not to each part separately. For consignments worth £135 or less, or Northern Ireland addresses, contact us before payment to agree the applicable arrangements. We do not represent these orders as tax-free imports.
Buying your replacement part
UK products are sold outright at the displayed product price. You do not need to send us your old unit before or after delivery. The whole amount is the purchase price of the replacement part.
Delivery and any import charges are explained separately. Cancellation and faulty-goods rights apply to the purchased product as described below.
Cancelling an online consumer purchase
You can normally cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and have a further 14 days to send them back. Tell the seller clearly by email, through your account or using our online cancellation form.
The refund includes the standard outward delivery charge. You pay direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed; the seller may wait for the goods or evidence of return.
We issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. This return procedure concerns the product you purchased, not your old unit.
Faults and seller warranties
If a part is faulty, not as described or unsuitable for an agreed purpose, contact the seller with the order number and symptoms. Your statutory rights are separate from any voluntary warranty. The warranty period and its conditions are shown in each listing.
Do not continue using a potentially unsafe part. Keep relevant fitting records, diagnostic results and photographs. We will explain the assessment and return arrangements; a voluntary warranty does not remove statutory remedies.
Mandatory consumer rights
These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase. Any business-only limitation does not apply to a consumer purchase. Contact the seller first to resolve a complaint; you retain access to applicable courts and dispute-resolution channels.
VIN compatibility checks and reading a VIN from a photo
Enter the vehicle's 17-character VIN on the product page and select “Check”. The AI-assisted VIN checker compares vehicle information with the listing and may suggest other available parts. If information is insufficient, the result needs confirmation from the seller.
The photo button reads the VIN from its marking on the vehicle or from a registration document. It does not identify parts by appearance. Show only a clear VIN and cover other document details. With your consent, the photo is sent to OpenAI. Check and correct the detected number, confirm it, then select “Check”. Uploading a photo alone does not check compatibility or place an order.
AI reading and assessment may contain errors. The result and match percentage help you choose a part but do not guarantee compatibility; a matching part number does not replace checking the variant and specifications. Compare OE numbers, markings and technical details. Contact the seller before buying or fitting if unsure. This does not limit statutory consumer rights or the seller's responsibility for conformity. These features are optional; you can search manually, and AI limits or unavailability do not prevent a purchase.
