Seller verification
Seller access requires business verification and agreement to the applicable commercial terms. Provide current business, contact and payment details and keep them up to date.
Accurate offers and inventory
Listings must accurately describe condition, manufacturer references, compatibility, safety information, photographs, stock, prices, taxes and delivery. Publish only goods you are authorised and able to supply. Update unavailable stock promptly.
Orders and after-sales service
Fulfil confirmed orders within the stated terms, provide tracking and sales documents, and handle cancellations and faults. Record decisions and refunds without duplicating payments.
Regional sales
Sellers must meet the tax, customs and consumer requirements of the destinations they enable. A translated listing does not establish tax registration. UK low-value consignments and Northern Ireland require suitable arrangements before payment.
Customer data and platform rules
Use customer data only to fulfil the order and related obligations. Do not divert transactions through misleading messages or use customer details for unsolicited marketing. Commercial fees and settlement terms are agreed separately.
