Delivery to Great Britain

Select your delivery country on the product page and enter your full address at checkout. Available carriers, services and prices depend on the product and destination. The final delivery charge is shown before you place your order.

Estimated delivery includes preparation and transit time. Customs clearance, local holidays, remote-area delivery and carrier disruptions may affect arrival. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed appointment.

Allow around 10 working days for transport to Great Britain, in addition to the preparation time shown on the product page. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. The product page and checkout show the estimate for your order.

Customs clearance can extend the delivery time. Respond promptly to requests for import payment or documents from the carrier.

DAP means Delivered at Place. We arrange transport to the agreed delivery address in England, Scotland or Wales; the recipient is responsible for import clearance and any import charges.

Orders are dispatched from Poland. For eligible deliveries to Great Britain, the displayed export price excludes EU VAT. Import VAT, any customs duty and carrier clearance charges are not included in the amount paid to TecNorma and are payable by the recipient to the carrier or customs authority.

Online checkout is available for goods consignments worth more than £135 after discounts, excluding separately charged delivery. The threshold applies to the total goods value in each consignment, not to each part separately. For consignments worth £135 or less, or Northern Ireland addresses, contact us before payment to agree the applicable arrangements. We do not represent these orders as tax-free imports.

UK import tax and duty guidance

UK products are sold outright at the displayed product price. You do not need to send us your old unit before or after delivery. The whole amount is the purchase price of the replacement part.

Delivery and any import charges are explained separately. Cancellation and faulty-goods rights apply to the purchased product as described below.

After dispatch, the seller adds tracking to your order. Check the parcel on arrival and report damage or missing items with photographs and the order number. Contact us promptly if tracking stops updating or the carrier requests additional information.
