Available payment methods
Prices and checkout totals are in pounds sterling (GBP). Available card, wallet and other online payment methods are displayed at checkout by Mollie; availability depends on the provider, currency and order.
TecNorma does not receive or store your full card number or security code. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment. Do not send payment credentials by email or chat.
Online payment provider
Online payments are processed by Mollie. Available methods are shown at checkout.
Provider changes apply to new payments and links. Earlier payments and refunds remain with their original provider. With Mollie, a separate core deposit refund is made by bank transfer; product refunds are processed through the payment provider. A full refund of the original payment can include the deposit without a separate transfer. Follow the instructions for your order and do not pay twice.
The payment provider receives the information needed to process your transaction, such as the amount, currency, order reference and, depending on the method, contact, billing, delivery and order details. You enter authorisation details in a secure payment environment. TecNorma does not store full card numbers or CVC codes. Providers may act as independent data controllers as described in their privacy policies. Changing providers does not delete earlier transaction records.
Payment confirmation and retries
An order is released for fulfilment once payment has been confirmed and its fulfilment conditions are met. A pending payment is not confirmation of receipt. If interrupted, use the existing payment link and check its status before trying again; do not pay twice.
Delivery to Great Britain — DAP
DAP means Delivered at Place. We arrange transport to the agreed delivery address in England, Scotland or Wales; the recipient is responsible for import clearance and any import charges.
Orders are dispatched from Poland. For eligible deliveries to Great Britain, the displayed export price excludes EU VAT. Import VAT, any customs duty and carrier clearance charges are not included in the amount paid to TecNorma and are payable by the recipient to the carrier or customs authority.
Online checkout is available for goods consignments worth more than £135 after discounts, excluding separately charged delivery. The threshold applies to the total goods value in each consignment, not to each part separately. For consignments worth £135 or less, or Northern Ireland addresses, contact us before payment to agree the applicable arrangements. We do not represent these orders as tax-free imports.
