Cancelling an online consumer purchase

You can normally cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and have a further 14 days to send them back. Tell the seller clearly by email, through your account or using our online cancellation form.

The refund includes the standard outward delivery charge. You pay direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed; the seller may wait for the goods or evidence of return.

We issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. This return procedure concerns the product you purchased, not your old unit.

How to notify us

For purchases from TecNorma, send your cancellation notice to support@tecnorma.co.uk or TecNorma Sp. z o.o., ul. Złota 75A/7, 00-819 Warsaw, Poland. Include your name, order number, item and date received. The online form is optional; any clear cancellation statement can be used.

The online form lets you review your details before confirming. We provide a reference and email confirmation containing your notice and its submission time.

Faults and seller warranties

If a part is faulty, not as described or unsuitable for an agreed purpose, contact the seller with the order number and symptoms. Your statutory rights are separate from any voluntary warranty. The warranty period and its conditions are shown in each listing.

Do not continue using a potentially unsafe part. Keep relevant fitting records, diagnostic results and photographs. We will explain the assessment and return arrangements; a voluntary warranty does not remove statutory remedies.
