Buying your replacement part
UK products are sold outright at the displayed product price. You do not need to send us your old unit before or after delivery. The whole amount is the purchase price of the replacement part.
Delivery and any import charges are explained separately. Cancellation and faulty-goods rights apply to the purchased product as described below.
Packing and customs
For an authorised return of a purchased product, protect connectors and fragile parts and prevent fluid leaks. Pack the product securely and include your order reference.
Return shipments travel from the UK to Poland. Contact us for the required return reference and customs description; do not declare a sale or use an invented customs value. Keep the original purchase and return documents.
