Diagnosis and possible symptoms
The injection pump supplies the fuel pressure required by the engine. Difficult starting, stalling, loss of power or pressure-related fault codes can be caused by the pump or other parts of the system. Check the fuel supply, filter, lines, electrical connections and system cleanliness before replacing the pump.
Remanufacturing
Remanufacturing includes initial inspection, dismantling, cleaning and assessment of the components. Worn components are replaced as required, and the pump is assembled and calibrated. Operation and leak tightness are then checked on a test bench suitable for the pump type.

Do not fit the pump into a contaminated system. The workshop should assess, clean or replace affected components and check the injectors according to the manufacturer's procedure.
