The most reliable way to identify a part is by its complete part number. You can also send the seller your VIN and vehicle details. The vehicle model or engine capacity alone may not identify the correct variant.
This listing includes 15 vehicle and engine applications.
Outright purchase
The displayed product price covers the complete replacement part. You do not need to return your old unit.
Diagnosis and possible symptoms
The injection pump supplies the fuel pressure required by the engine. Difficult starting, stalling, loss of power or pressure-related fault codes can be caused by the pump or other parts of the system. Check the fuel supply, filter, lines, electrical connections and system cleanliness before replacing the pump.
Remanufacturing
Remanufacturing includes initial inspection, dismantling, cleaning and assessment of the components. Worn components are replaced as required, and the pump is assembled and calibrated. Operation and leak tightness are then checked on a test bench suitable for the pump type.

Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions before purchase and installation.
Does a VP30 or VP44 pump need programming after installation?
This depends on the vehicle, pump control unit and immobiliser. Not every pump is ready to start without additional work. Provide the pump number and VIN before buying, and confirm the installation procedure and any electronic adaptation with your workshop.
How can I check whether the pump fits my vehicle?
Compare the Bosch number on your old pump's plate with the listing. Also check the engine version and connectors. If unsure, send us the VIN and photographs of the markings.
Will I receive a pump ready for installation?
The listing describes the condition and preparation of the specific part. Before installation, your workshop should rectify the original fault and check the vehicle's systems.
What should be checked before fitting a VP pump?
The workshop should check fuel system cleanliness, the filter, timing, wiring and battery condition according to the vehicle manufacturer's instructions. Contamination or incorrect voltage can damage a working pump.
Might the engine need adaptation after starting?
Some vehicles require adaptation or settings checks after installation. Do not assume the same procedure applies to every VP30 or VP44. The workshop should determine the procedure for your vehicle.
What if the vehicle will not start after replacing the pump?
Do not repeatedly attempt to start it. The workshop should check timing, bleeding, electrical supply, immobiliser and fault codes before concluding that the pump is responsible.
Is the part sold outright?
Yes. The displayed product price covers the complete replacement part. You do not need to send us your old unit.
What warranty comes with a VP pump?
The warranty period and terms are shown in the listing and purchase documents. Keep proof of purchase and installation records. Contact us before removing the part if a problem occurs.
